Oh darling, look what I got

I was in downtown Goteborg today trying to dodge the rain, sadly it didn't work out. I probably should have paid more attention during dodgeball in gym class. But anyways, it was still beautiful, that city is always beautiful. Today was weird though, it felt like Fall, it was cold and wet. I had to wear tights with my dress. While spending my days in the damp streets of Goteborg I decided to stay in the mall, I didn't do much, walked, looked in stores.. It was just too busy, people every where, and the heat from everyone's bodies made the mall feel 100 degrees. Well, enough of my complaining. Before I spent most of my day in the mall I went to this great vintage store, I forgot what it was called, jeeze... And I got this pretty dress, wanna see???

Me...Bilingual?

Never thought I would be this quickly on my way to becoming bilingual. I have actually learned quite a few phrases in swedish and I am very proud of myself. My mother has been helping me a lot, and my cousins just make fun. I'm so excited to start school at the end of August, i'll be going to an international school, where they teach me in english, and i'll have a seperate class for learning swedish, how far out! And apparently I have to take a train to school, like Harry Potter, or the Pevencie's in The Chronicles of Narnia.



Oh, yeah. Hey guys, these are my new bangs. They are a bit longer than Amelie's, same feel though. How do they compare? Yay, or neigh?

Do you know what I hate about walking near the ocean? Once my hair is touched by the wind it instantly feels synthetic. But you know, what can you do? I absolutly love the ocean and all of it's glory. The sounds, the smells, and the ice cream shop up the road. I haven't walked these paths in a while though. Since I have moved I have finally realized how great it was to live where I lived. Canada was an amazing country to grow up in. Sweden where I reside now is a miraculous place, with all my family and great cities.

Right now I am currently watching Amelie. Everytime I watch it it seems to amaze me. The colours, the soundtrack, the clothes, and her stunning personality. It's one of those movies that makes me feel good, an instant picker upper of joyfulness. I hope everyone on earth has watched this film, I am most certaintly sure they have. Oh and also, I just recently cut my bangs like Audrey Tautou in the film. Spectacular bangs. I'll take a picture of mine later and post. (Audrey Tautoa in Amelie)
